Washington High School Basketball - Auburn Mountainview overwhelms Kent-Meridian

The Auburn Mountainview Lions basketball team scored 85 points and limited the visiting Kent-Meridian Royals to 34 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Rogers for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Auburn Mountainview will confront a Rams team coming off a 71-55 league loss to Puyallup (Puyallup, WA). The Rams record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Kent-Meridian falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Royals host Kentlake (Kent, WA) to confront the Falcons in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound game on Tuesday, December 17. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 1-4. Kentlake lost 76-57 in their recent non-league game against Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA)
