The Laconia Spartans were victorious over the visiting Campbellsport Cougars basketball team by a margin of 73-54 in Friday's league contest.

The Spartans (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Randolph (Randolph, WI). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Randolph was topped by Deerfield (Deerfield, WI), 66-60, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the St. Mary's Springs Ledgers (Fond du Lac, WI) in a Flyway contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Campbellsport will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Ledgers come into the contest with a 11-4 record after their 68-50 non-league win over Reedsville (Reedsville, WI).
