The Northridge Polar Bears basketball team scored 83 points and limited the host Covington Buccs to 52 in the Polar Bears league triumph on Friday.

The Polar Bears now have a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Bethel for a Three Rivers game on Tuesday, January 28. Northridge will confront a Bees team coming off a 52-42 league loss to Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH). The Bees record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Covington falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Buccs travel to Milton-Union (West Milton, OH) to confront the Bulldogs in a Three Rivers game on Tuesday, January 28. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 3-12. Milton-Union won 49-42 in their recent non-league game against Arcanum (Arcanum, OH)
