Texas High School Basketball - Southwest Christian School bests Trinity Christian

The Southwest Christian School Eagles basketball team scored 41 points and limited the host Trinity Christian Lions to 33 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now possess a 21-7 record. They play next when they travel to Midland Christian for a TAPPS 5A District 1 game on Saturday, January 25. Southwest Christian School will play a Mustangs team coming off a 48-29 league win over Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 19-6.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Fort Worth Christian Cardinals (North Richland Hills, TX) in a TAPPS 5A District 1 contest, on Friday, January 31. Trinity Christian will attempt to better on its 8-16 season record.
