The Rosman Tigers basketball team (Rosman, NC), was nudged 54-51 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Highlands Highlanders (Highlands, NC)
The Highlanders now possess a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blue Ridge Early College for a 1A Conference 43 - Little battle on Friday, January 27. Highlands will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 69-56 league loss to Hiwassee Dam (Murphy, NC). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-12.
The Tigers (2-18) will now prepare for their battle against Owen (Black Mountain, NC). The Warhorses come into the 1A/2A Conference 42 battle with a 9-11 record. In their last battle, Owen was nudged by Mountain Heritage (Burnsville, NC), 79-62, in a league battle.
