The Rocky Mount Prep Jaguars basketball team (Rocky Mount, NC), was nudged 63-58 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting KIPP Pride Pride (Gaston, NC)
The Pride now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeast Halifax for a 1A Tar Roanoke battle on Friday, January 26. KIPP Pride will battle a Trojans team coming off a 82-66 league win over Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 11-5.
The Jaguars (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC). The Tigers come into the 1A Tar Roanoke battle with a 12-3 record.
