The Southern Aroostook Warriors basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Stearns Minutemen to 37 in the Warriors league victory on Thursday.

The Warriors now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calais for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Southern Aroostook will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 60-50 league win over Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME). The Blue Devils record now stands at 10-3.

The Minutemen (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Schenck (East Millinocket, ME). The Wolverines come into the D North contest with a 13-0 record.
