The Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Big Lake Hornets to 53 in the Bluejackets league victory on Thursday.
The Bluejackets now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brainerd for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Cambridge-Isanti will battle a Warriors team coming off a 51-43 league win over Willmar (Willmar, MN). The Warriors record now stands at 13-4.
The Hornets (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against North Branch (North Branch, MN). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, North Branch was defeated by Cloquet (Cloquet, MN), 72-60, in a league contest.
