In Tuesday's league outing, the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets (Cambridge, MN) basketball squad edged the host Big Lake Hornets (Big Lake, MN), by a margin of 53-47.

The Bluejackets (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Princeton (Princeton, MN). The Tigers go into the AAA Section 5 outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Princeton was tipped by Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN), 73-51, in a league outing.

The Hornets now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Branch for a non-league match on Thursday, December 14. Big Lake will meet a Vikings team coming off a 53-49 league win over Hermantown (Hermantown, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 2-3.
