New Mexico High School Basketball - Magdalena fells Cliff

The Magdalena Steers basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting Cliff Cowboys/Cowgirls to 34 in the Steers league triumph on Saturday.

The Steers now have a 15-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hatch Valley for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28.

With the loss, Cliff falls to 12-4 on the campaign. The Cowboys/cowgirls host Reserve (Reserve, NM) to confront the Mountaineers in a A District 2 game on Saturday, February 1. The Mountaineers go into the game with a record of 2-10.
