The Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies were victorious over the visiting Heath Bulldogs basketball squad by a final score of 49-35 in Saturday's league outing.

Next, the Johnnies clash with the Newark Catholic Green Wave (Newark, OH) in a Licking County - Cardinal outing, on Monday, January 27. Johnstown-Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record. The Green Wave enter the outing with a 11-5 record after their 43-35 league win over Lakewood (Hebron, OH).

The Bulldogs (4-13) will now prepare for their outing against Granville (Granville, OH). The Blue Aces enter the Licking County - Buckeye outing with a 15-2 record.
