The Spruce Mountain Phoenix bounced the visiting Madison Bulldogs basketball squad by a final score of 53-28 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next, the Phoenix clash with the Mount Abram Roadrunners (Strong, ME) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, January 29. Spruce Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 14-1 season record. The Roadrunners enter the outing with a 8-8 record after their 38-34 non-league win over Maranacook (Readfield, ME).
The Bulldogs (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against Boothbay (Boothbay Harbor, ME). The Seahawks enter the C South outing with a 3-12 record. In their last outing, Boothbay routed Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME), 41-40, in a non-league outing.
