The Liberty Minutemen (Bedford, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Bassett Bengals (Bassett, VA), 45-18 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Minutemen (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Rustburg (Rustburg, VA). The Devils go into the Seminole test with a 6-7 record.
The Bengals now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Tunstall for a Piedmont test on Thursday, January 27. Bassett will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 69-12 league loss to Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-14.
