In Thursday's league match, the visiting Espanola Valley Sundevils basketball team scored a tight 49-48 triumph over the Los Alamos Hilltoppers.
In their next game, the Sundevils meet the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) in a 4A District 2 match, on Tuesday, January 31. Espanola Valley will attempt to better on its 5-16 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 11-9 record after their 64-59 league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM).
