North Dakota High School Basketball - Sargent County fells Hankinson

January 26, 2023: Milnor, ND 58040

Sargent County Bulldogs (Milnor, ND) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hankinson Pirates (Hankinson, ND), 64-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Sargent County upgrades its record to 13-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Wyndmere (Wyndmere, ND) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Pirates play the Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] Tigers (Rosholt, SD) in a B Region 1 bout, on Monday, January 30. Hankinson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 60-37 league loss to Richland (Colfax, ND).
