The Osseo-Fairchild Thunder basketball team (Osseo, WI), was overwhelmed 73-47 in Thursday's league battle with the host McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI)
The Macks now possess a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bloomer for a Cloverbelt - West battle on Tuesday, January 31. McDonell Central will confront a Blackhawks team coming off a 47-45 league win over Regis (Eau Claire, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 10-4.
The Thunder (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against Fall Creek (Fall Creek, WI). The Crickets come into the Cloverbelt - West battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Fall Creek trounced Stanley-Boyd (Stanley, WI), 74-53, in a league battle.
