Ohio High School Basketball - Boardman overwhelmed by Austintown-Fitch

The Boardman Spartans basketball team (Youngstown, OH), was overwhelmed 61-26 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Austintown-Fitch Falcons (Youngstown, OH)

The Falcons now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Howland for a All-American battle on Tuesday, January 30. Austintown-Fitch will confront a Tigers team coming off a 54-37 league loss to Canfield (Canfield, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 7-9.

The Spartans (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Harding (Warren, OH). The Raiders come into the All-American battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Harding trounced Howland (Warren, OH), 44-39, in a league battle.
