Box Elder Bears (Box Elder, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Centerville Miners (Sand Coulee, MT), 90-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Box Elder upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Bears travel to Hays-Lodge Pole (Hays, MT) to play the Thunder Birds in a C District 9 bout on Saturday, January 27. The Thunder Birds go into the bout with a record of 0-10. Hays-Lodge Pole lost 74-64 in their recent non-league bout against Harlem (Harlem, MT)

Next up, the Miners play the Great Falls Central Catholic Mustangs (Great Falls, MT) in a C District 8 bout, on Saturday, January 27. Centerville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record.
