The Mainland Regional Mustangs (Linwood, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting Cedar Creek Pirates (Egg Harbor City, NJ), 64-30 in Friday's league test.
The Mustangs (15-5) will now prepare for their test against Ocean City (Ocean City, NJ). The Raiders go into the Cape/Atlantic - National test with a 14-3 record. In their last test, Ocean City walloped Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ), 75-42, in a non-league test.
The Pirates now own a 3-17 record. They play next when they host Pleasantville for a Cape/Atlantic - United test on Monday, January 29. Cedar Creek will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 81-53 non-league loss to Absegami (Galloway, NJ). The Greyhounds record now stands at 7-9.
