The Enid Plainsmen basketball team (Enid, OK), was nudged 68-63 in Friday's league battle with the host Union Redhawks (Tulsa, OK)
The Redhawks now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grant for a 6A District 3 battle on Tuesday, January 30. Union will battle a Generals team coming off a 55-38 league loss to Bartlesville (Bartlesville, OK). The Generals record now stands at 0-16.
The Plainsmen (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Charles Page (Sand Springs, OK). The Sandites come into the 6A District 3 battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Charles Page was nudged by Owasso (Owasso, OK), 61-43, in a league battle.
