The Laguna Blanca Owls (Santa Barbara, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Grace Lancers (Simi Valley, CA), 53-40 in Friday's league test.

The Owls (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA). The Dragons go into the Frontier test with a 11-13 record. In their last test, Foothill Tech went down by Thacher (Ojai, CA), 46-43, in a league test.

The Lancers now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Foothill Tech for a Frontier test on Wednesday, January 31. Grace will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 33-17 league win over Laguna Blanca (Santa Barbara, CA). The Dragons record now stands at 12-13.
