Stevenson Bulldogs (Stevenson, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host La Center Wildcats (La Center, WA), 61-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Stevenson upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host Castle Rock (Castle Rock, WA) to play the Rockets in a 1A Trico bout on Saturday, January 27. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 3-13. Castle Rock lost 78-55 in their recent league bout against Seton Catholic (Vancouver, WA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Columbia Bruins (White Salmon, WA) in a 1A Trico bout, on Tuesday, January 30. La Center will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record.
