The Lumen Christi Catholic Titans basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Richard Pioneers to 49 in the Titans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Titans now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Divine Child for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Lumen Christi Catholic will meet a Falcons team coming off a 92-72 non-league win over Churchill (Livonia, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 4-9.
The Pioneers (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lutheran North (Macomb, MI). The Mustangs enter the Catholic AA contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Lutheran North ran past Divine Child (Dearborn, MI), 65-61, in a league contest.
