The Richard Pioneers basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Lumen Christi Catholic Titans to 48 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Pioneers now sport a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cass Tech for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 21. Richard will meet a Technicians team coming off a 72-70 league win over Renaissance (Detroit, MI). The Technicians record now stands at 21-1.
The Titans (17-4) will now prepare for their contest against Brandywine (Niles, MI). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 18-3 record. In their last contest, Brandywine nudged Countryside Academy (Benton Harbor, MI), 103-47, in a non-league contest.
