The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-19. Bay lost 55-36 in their recent league challenge against Moss Point (Moss Point, MS)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Brandon Bulldogs (Brandon, MS) in a 7A Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Meridian will attempt to improve on its 16-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 15-11 record after their 66-42 league win over Oak Grove (Hattiesburg, MS).
