Wall Township Crimson Knights (Wall, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Neptune Scarlet Fliers (Neptune, NJ), 30-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wall Township upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Crimson Knights host St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 8-10. St. John-Vianney won 63-51 in their recent non-league bout against Pioneer Academy (Wayne, NJ)

Next up, the Scarlet Fliers play the St. Rose Purple Roses (Belmar, NJ) in a Shore A - Central bout, on Monday, January 29. Neptune will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record. The Purple Roses go into the bout with a 18-1 record after their 73-46 non-league win over Christian Brothers Academy (Lincroft, NJ).
