Washington High School Basketball - Bear Creek can't hold off Granite Falls

The Granite Falls Tigers basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Bear Creek Grizzlies to 36 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastside Prep for a 1A Emerald Sound contest on Saturday, January 27. Granite Falls will battle a team coming off a 40-23 league win over South Whidbey (Langley, WA). The record now stands at 5-5.
The Grizzlies (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against University Prep (Seattle, WA). The Pumas come into the 1A Emerald Sound contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, University Prep edged Forest Ridge Sacred Heart (Bellevue, WA), 47-21, in a league contest.
