Georgia High School Basketball - Elbert County can't hold off Tallulah Falls

The Tallulah Falls Indians basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Elbert County Blue Devils to 38 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Commerce for a A D1 Region 8 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Tallulah Falls will battle a Tigers team coming off a 81-46 league loss to Rabun County (Tiger, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 12-9.
The Blue Devils (6-16) will now prepare for their contest against Athens Christian (Athens, GA). The Eagles enter the A D1 Region 8 contest with a 16-3 record. In their last contest, Athens Christian nudged Commerce (Commerce, GA), 44-39, in a league contest.
