Elbert County Blue Devils (Elberton, GA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Tallulah Falls Indians (Tallulah Falls, GA), 37-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Elbert County upgrades its record to 7-19 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Athens Christian (Athens, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 14. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 20-3. Athens Christian won 81-45 in their recent league bout against Commerce (Commerce, GA)
