Texas High School Basketball - Fellowship Academy tops Weatherford Christian

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Fellowship Academy Mustangs (Kennedale, TX) and the visiting Weatherford Christian Lions (Weatherford, TX), saw Fellowship Academy's basketball squad knock off Weatherford Christian by a count of 60-41.
With the victory, Fellowship Academy upgrades its record to 16-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Trinity (Midland, TX) to play the Chargers in a TAPPS 3A District 1 challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 2-9.
Next up, the Lions play the Temple Christian Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS 3A District 1 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Weatherford Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.
