Texas High School Basketball - Fellowship Academy nips Weatherford Christian

Fellowship Academy Mustangs (Kennedale, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Weatherford Christian Lions (Weatherford, TX), 46-44 in a league bout.
With the win, Fellowship Academy upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Trinity (Midland, TX) to play the Chargers in a TAPPS 3A District 1 bout on Saturday, January 6. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 1-4.
Next up, the Lions play the Temple Christian Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS 3A District 1 bout, on Saturday, January 13. Weatherford Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
