Fouke Panthers (Fouke, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Harmony Grove Cardinals (Benton, AR), 61-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Fouke upgrades its record to 25-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Glen Rose (Malvern, AR) to play the Beavers in a 3A Region 7 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Beavers come into the bout with a record of 4-14. Glen Rose lost 43-39 in their recent league bout against Centerpoint (Amity, AR)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Bismarck Lions (Bismarck, AR) in a 3A Region 7 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Harmony Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 11-10 record after their 55-36 league win over Genoa Central (Texarkana, AR).
