Texas High School Basketball - Vanguard College Prep trounces McKinney Christian Academy

The Vanguard College Prep Vikings (Waco, TX) basketball crushed the visiting McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs (McKinney, TX), 61-20 in Friday's league test.
The Vikings (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Prince of Peace (Carrollton, TX). The Eagles go into the TAPPS 4A District 2 test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Prince of Peace was trounced by Brook Hill (Bullard, TX), 59-44, in a league test.
The Mustangs now own a 4-16 record. They play next when they host Covenant for a TAPPS 4A District 2 test on Tuesday, January 30. McKinney Christian Academy will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 33-18 league loss to All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX). The Knights record now stands at 0-12.
