The Vanguard College Prep Vikings basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs to 24 in the Vikings league victory on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelton for a TAPPS 4A District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Vanguard College Prep will battle a Chargers team coming off a 72-27 league loss to Brook Hill (Bullard, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 1-3.
