New Mexico High School Basketball - Los Lunas can't hold off Santa Fe

The Santa Fe Demons basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Los Lunas Tigers to 44 in the Demons non-league victory on Friday.
The Demons now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manzano for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Santa Fe will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 46-28 non-league win over Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM). The Monarchs record now stands at 2-8.
The Tigers (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Capital was nudged by Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM), 62-42, in a non-league contest.
