The Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the visiting Maple Lake Irish to 37 in the Falcons league victory on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yellow Medicine East for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City will battle a Sting team coming off a 72-65 league win over Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN). The Sting record now stands at 5-7.

The Irish (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Foley (Foley, MN). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Foley was routed by Little Falls (Little Falls, MN), 50-42, in a non-league contest.
