Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA) and the visiting Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA), saw Norwin's basketball squad knock off Canon-McMillan by a tally of 57-39.

With the victory, Norwin improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Knights host Greater Latrobe (Latrobe, PA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Sunday, January 29. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 5-10. Greater Latrobe won 70-61 in their recent league challenge against Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA)

Next up, the Big Macs play the Montour Spartans (McKees Rocks, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 28. Canon-McMillan will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 5-12 record after their 73-72 league loss to West Mifflin (West Mifflin, PA).
