North Carolina High School Basketball - Cary Academy edges Ravenscroft

The Cary Academy Chargers (Cary, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Ravenscroft Ravens (Raleigh, NC), 51-49 in Friday's league test.

The Chargers (10-8) will now prepare for their test against North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Knights go into the NCISAA Triangle test with a 10-13 record. In their last test, North Raleigh Christian Academy was tipped by Durham Academy (Durham, NC), 85-61, in a league test.

The Ravens now own a 20-5 record. They play next when they host Voyager for a non-league test on Monday, January 30. Ravenscroft will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 80-34 league win over Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 11-5.
