The Concord Christian Lions basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host First Baptist Academy Eagles to 57 in the Lions league victory on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christian Academy of Knoxville for a Division II-A East District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Concord Christian will battle a Warriors team coming off a 56-40 league win over Grace Christian Academy (Knoxville, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 19-7.

The Eagles (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Grace Christian Academy (Knoxville, TN). The Rams come into the Division II-A East District 1 contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Grace Christian Academy prevailed over Oakdale (Oakdale, TN), 67-32, in a non-league contest.
