Texas High School Basketball - Flower Mound knocked off by Coppell

The Coppell Cowboys basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Flower Mound Jaguars to 59 in the Cowboys league triumph on Friday.
The Cowboys now sport a 22-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hebron for a 6A Region I District 6 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Coppell will battle a Hawks team coming off a 60-39 league win over Plano West (Plano, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 14-9.
The Jaguars (3-24) will now prepare for their contest against Marcus (Flower Mound, TX). The Marauders enter the 6A Region I District 6 contest with a 9-17 record. In their last contest, Marcus was defeated by Plano (Plano, TX), 53-48, in a league contest.
