In Friday's league outing, the Crossroads Roadrunners (Santa Monica, CA) basketball squad edged the host Windward Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA), by a margin of 62-60.

The Roadrunners (17-7) will now prepare for their outing against Oakwood (North Hollywood, CA). The Owls go into the non-league outing with a 15-7 record. In their last outing, Oakwood held off Saugus (Saugus, CA), 75-63, in a non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 19-7 record. They play next when they travel to Campbell Hall for a Gold Coast outing on Tuesday, January 31. Windward will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 85-83 league loss to Brentwood School (Los Angeles, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 14-10.
