With the victory, Malibu improves its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Sharks travel to Nordhoff (Ojai, CA) to confront the Rangers in a Citrus Coast challenge on Monday, January 30. The Rangers come into the challenge with a record of 18-6. Nordhoff won 61-39 in their recent league challenge against Channel Islands (Oxnard, CA)

Next up, the Flashes confront the Carpinteria Warriors (Carpinteria, CA) in a Citrus Coast challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Fillmore will attempt to improve on its 10-11 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 5-18 record after their 44-41 league loss to Santa Paula (Santa Paula, CA).
