Fans at Friday's league challenge between the George-Little Rock Mustangs (George, IA) and the visiting Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA), saw George-Little Rock's basketball squad overcome Okoboji by a tally of 63-43.

With the victory, George-Little Rock improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Sheldon (Sheldon, IA) to play the Orabs in a Siouxland challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Orabs come into the challenge with a record of 4-14. Sheldon won 63-49 in their recent league challenge against Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA)

Next up, the Pioneers play the Rock Valley Rockets (Rock Valley, IA) in a Siouxland challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Okoboji will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 51-48 league loss to Boyden-Hull (Hull, IA).
