South Carolina High School Basketball - Laurence Manning Academy nudges Heathwood Hall Episcopal

In Friday's non-league outing, the Laurence Manning Academy Swampcats (Manning, SC) basketball squad nipped the visiting Heathwood Hall Episcopal Highlanders (Columbia, SC), by a margin of 50-46.

The Swampcats (10-11) will now prepare for their outing against Camden Military (Camden, SC). The Spartans go into the SCISA AAAA Region II outing with a 0-6 record.

The Highlanders now own a 6-16 record. They play next when they host Ben Lippen for a SCISA AAAA Region I outing on Tuesday, January 31. Heathwood Hall Episcopal will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 67-60 league loss to Augusta Christian (Martinez, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 14-5.
