The Lions (17-8) will now prepare for their test against City View (Wichita Falls, TX). The Mustangs go into the 3A Region I District 7 test with a 19-5 record. In their last test, City View walloped Henrietta (Henrietta, TX), 85-32, in a league test.

The Bearcats now own a 4-25 record. They play next when they travel to Bowie for a 3A Region I District 7 test on Monday, January 30. Henrietta will encounter a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 42-36 league win over Jacksboro (Jacksboro, TX). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 17-9.
