The Highland Park Scots basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Richardson Eagles to 42 in the Scots league victory on Friday.

The Scots now sport a 20-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berkner for a 6A Region I District 7 contest on Tuesday, January 31.

The Eagles (20-10) will now prepare for their contest against Pearce (Richardson, TX). The Mustangs come into the 6A Region I District 7 contest with a 19-10 record. In their last contest, Pearce prevailed over Irving (Irving, TX), 67-55, in a league contest.
