Maine High School Basketball - Maranacook succumbs to Lincoln Academy

The Lincoln Academy Eagles topped the visiting Maranacook Black Bears basketball team by a final score of 63-55 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Medomak Valley Panthers (Waldoboro, ME) in a B South game, on Tuesday, January 31. Lincoln Academy will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 12-4 record after their 49-41 league loss to Leavitt (Turner, ME).
With the defeat, Maranacook moves to 7-6 on the year. The Black bears travel to Mount View (Thorndike, ME) to face the Mustangs in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 31. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 6-5. Mount View lost 90-56 in their recent non-league game against Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME)
