Georgia High School Basketball - McIntosh nudges Northgate

January 27, 2023: Peachtree City, GA 30269

In Friday's league outing, the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA), by a margin of 58-56.

The Chiefs (14-7) will now prepare for their outing against Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 6-14 record. In their last outing, Starr's Mill got by Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA), 62-61, in a league outing.

The Vikings now own a 6-16 record. They play next when they host Northside for a AAAAA Region 3 outing on Tuesday, January 31. Northgate will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 79-72 non-league loss to Greenforest (Decatur, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 13-5.
