North Carolina High School Basketball - Weldon trounced by Northampton County

The Northampton County Jaguars routed the visiting Weldon Chargers basketball team by a final score of 58-36 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Jaguars face the Hertford County Bears (Ahoskie, NC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 28. Northampton County will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 14-3 record after their 62-52 league win over Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC).
