In Friday's league match, the visiting Abingdon Falcons basketball team scored a good 59-41 triumph over the Lee Generals.
In their next game, the Falcons meet the Central Wise Warriors (Norton, VA) in a Mountain match, on Tuesday, January 31. Abingdon will attempt to better on its 4-14 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 14-4 record after their 62-58 league win over Gate City (Gate City, VA).
With the defeat, Lee moves to 0-12 on the year. The Generals travel to Ridgeview (Clintwood, VA) to meet the Wolfpack in a Mountain match on Tuesday, January 31. The Wolfpack enter the match with a record of 13-5. Ridgeview won 57-34 in their recent league match against John Battle (Bristol, VA)
